Hello! When I want to use design manager of star ccm+ for parametric modelling, no matter whether I use sweep mode or optimization mode, the end of the calculation will report error and flashback, I found out that the optimization function requires Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Intelligent Design Exploration licence after checking the user guide. I am using 2019 version, how do I get this licence and why do I get error and flashback when I use sweeping function, the result is as follows
