Default Mesh problem with a leaf-level cylinder part

I created a cylinder in starcmm and meshed it. But it seems to contract. Any suggestions?
Happens only when I create the cylinder in starccm and not import it as a parasolid.

Try the automatic grid.

@Peresvet I am not able to understand your image. Anyway, are you telling me to use Automated mesh operation?

I didn't understand what's on your picture! Yes, automatic grid for each region.
I need to see several of your pictures, different views. Honestly, the more you work in star-ccm+, the harder it is to understand such pictures.

I always use "overset". No problems.

My cylinder is of dia 29 mm and height of 200 mm. I have kept the base size of the mesh as 4 mm. Rest all are default settings. I am attaching the pics too.
