Hello
I am performing combustion analysis through STAR-CCM+.
The complex chemistry model is used, and the transient analysis is being performed by filling the gas with the reaction of CH4+O2 = H2O+CO2 and then giving the heat source to burn it.
However, we faced the problem that combustion occurred only where the heat source was given and fire did not spread around.
If you know how to solve it, I would appreciate your help.

Hi

Make sure that the boundary conditions are set correctly to allow the flame to propagate.

And this includes setting up appropriate velocity, turbulence, and species concentration profiles. etc
