Residuals Going Positive.

Hello Everyone, I am using starccm+ for meshing and simulation.I have successfully done simulation of airfoils but recently i have started to do simulation on Formula student car models.For coarser mesh my residuals were converging till exp-02 but as soon as i fined the mesh my residuals are going upto+36. I have tried different combinations but no change i am sharing pics please help me.

Please share some more pictures but seems like you might have some bad mesh in some areas? try look around using threashold to soo if you can spot where this residuals are spiking

thanks i found that my prismlayers thickness was small.Now my residuals are not going positive but they are also not converging more than exp-02.Can you guide me where i am making mistake.My mesh is fine i am sharing more pics.
