"Region 1" is the environment in which the movement takes place.

"Region 2" is connected to "motion A", contains inside a rigid body with 6 degrees of freedom "Body 1" and is inside "Region 1".

"Region 3" is related to "motion B", which is defined relative to "motion A", and contains a rigid body with 6 degrees of freedom "Body 2" inside and is inside "Region 2".

Overlapping mesh interfaces are created between "Region 1" and "Region 2" and between "Region 2" and "Region 3".

In my case, this configuration does not work correctly. The calculation starts, but false information. Can such a configuration work?

Can anyone suggest an alternative?

I've only done basic (2 region) overset meshing, but I think your problem might lie in the overset hierarchy (the order in which the hole-cutting process uses regions). See bottom of help file:

HELP > Simulating Physics > Mesh Motion and Adaption > Overset Meshes > Overset Mesh Workflow > Creating Overset Interfaces

Also, I think in your case, a multi-level interface creation is needed as well (in other words, need an interface between regions 1 & 3, so that they appear in the same list in the hierarchy manager). See same help file above for details. Good luck and keep us posted.
