Dear Everyone,
I enclosed a picture where you can see the meshing structure of my nozzle. If I substitute this nozzle with just a straight pipe then the convergence will be below 0.0005 (in all cases) but with this nozzle it's 0.01. I guess the signed places (red circled) are not having the right texture. I tried to adjust it with changing the Boundary March Angle, Near Core Layer Aspect Ratio. I also tried to disable Curvature Refinement and proximity within Surface Remesher but there is no change in the mesh. Do you have any further ideas? I would be grateful and if it is needed I can transfer a cost for consultation. If it is needed I can upload a SIM file. Thanks your answer in advance and I am wishing all the best. Gerg |
