Hello. i used ansys fluent, but now using the star ccm+,

i studying some thin and very wide heat exchanging panel with ccm.

For security reasons, i can't give you more details. Please understand. it may be similar to heat exchanger.

my question is that before the meshing, is correct. but after meshing, changing incorrect. side face, bottom face are contacted.

Is it because it is relatively wide compared to its thickness?

i handle tolerance and tesselation(part import, imprint option). but it isn't work.

i checked CAD Model, it was fine.

can you help me?
