NO CPU and Mem loading when running.. could anyone help？ thanks

could you help to let us know which parameter we need to use？ we can link to license server and load files. but once running it show CPUand memory are 0%.. thanks for your quick help!

How do you start your simulation? And have you looked on the single nodes?
When I start a simulation on the cluster I use a shell script with the following content (text between ## require your entries):
starccm+ -batch -rsh ssh -on #nodes to use# -np #number of processors# -vvv #path to the sim-file#
