I have a set of 1000+ 2D geometries on which I would like to conduct SA flow evaluations. For each case, I'm only varying the target geometry and flow velocity. What options do I have to automate the preprocessing, execution, and post-processing of each run?
To be more specific, I'm trying to replicate this study within Star ccm+: https://github.com/thunil/Deep-Flow-...ata/dataGen.py As you can see all the pre-processing, execution, and post-processing steps are handles within this fairly straightforward python script. I know equivalent macros can be created with java for starccm+ but I have no experience with it. Are there any python based methods for starccm+? I also know add-on packages such as are used for design exploration. Would that be a possible solution? Finally, ABAQUS had a great feature that recorded all your actions when creating a flow case. You could then see the code for the case and change as necessary to run the same test over a large number of boundary conditions. Does star ccm have similar functionality? |
