Hi all,
I am trying to run an unsteady for a turbomachinery simulation. At the moment I am using a mixing plane interface between the stator and rotor. However, this is only appropriate for steady simulations. What type of interface would you recommend to use instead? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

just a normal in-place internal interface is all you need since you dont need the averaging that a mixing plane does when you are running full 360 degree geometry on either side of the interface and the rotor is actually moving each time step, as opposed to a moving reference frame sector geometry
