Hi everyone,
I know that this question was already asked a few times but none of the usual answers could help me. I am trying to import a csv to get a 2D Spline and it states something like "Unable to read inout and .csv..." What is not wrong: I tried the diffrent CSV formats (MS DOS, etc.). In my excel sheet the numbers are not in the same column. I have a z-Coordinate which is zero in column C. Could there be anything wrong with star ccm+ or is ther a diffrent way to get my spline into star ccm? Thanks |

i doubt there is a problem with the code.
i'd be getting a proper text editor like notepad++ then as a test paste in the sample numbers in the help page Pre-Processing > Modeling Geometry > Using 3D-CAD > Importing Geometry into 3D-CAD > Using 2D and 3D Curves in 3D-CAD > File Format for Imported Curves and import that. if that works then open your file in notepad++ and look for problems in format, hidden characters etc |
