To simulate lamp bulb effect using solar load model

Hello.
I hope to simulate effect of IR bulb in chamber with solar load model. If we use solar load model manually, we can get the uniform flux for computational domain. But, I want to simulate effects to computational domain of distributed intensity of virtual IR bulb(lamp) from outside computational domain. How can i do this modeling? help me~ |

it is not clear what you are wanting to do so explain in more detail and maybe with a diagram.
do you really need the solar model? Could you instead use hot objects to represent the bulbs and use the s2s radiation model and you would have a larger computational domain to include your bulbs with a low number of cells since ray tracing is the main factor and volume cell size has no effect on its solver. |

You can also simulate it and make many different things, not only uniform flux. However, I still don’t understand some of the information you listed above. Because I truly don’t understand what you mean by simulating the effects of the computational domain of distributing the intensity of the virtual IR bulb from outside of the computational domain. I can tell you to try doing it using these lighting strips https://www.vont.com/product/smart-s...-strip-lights/. They might actually work really fine for your situation.
