Hello, is there a possibility to use the sauter mean diameter as input mean for a particle size distribution? (Lagrangian particle tracking).
I currently have a Log-Normal distribution with a mean diameter of 100um as input. As output I get a mean of ~130um (I think thats due to sampling the distribution right?) and a Sauter mean diameter of ~355um. Now what I'd like to do is to say take 100um as input mean but do it as sauter mean diameter. Is that possible and if so how? |
