Hello,
I am currently working on my thesis which involves the use of EHP plugin on Star-CCM+ and I am a beginner with using Star-CCM+. The geometry I used is from Maxsurf Academic Samples which I have applied Parametric Transformation on. When I import it on the EHP plugin and check the hull geometry, it says that it does not detect any errors. However, after I click setup the following errors pop up (files attached). I am not sure why this is the case. This is not the geometry ideally wouldn't want to use but because the KCS geometry I have obtained from the Simman website I was hoping I can apply parametric transformation on this geometry and that will have similar dimensions as the KCS hull. Can anyone please help me? |

i suggest you first import the surfaces into 3D-CAD or Parts and repair the problems highlighted to get a closed surface with no errors then export and try ehp again
