Problem with cells transition in a trimmed mesh

Firstly, thanks in advance for the answers. Using STAR CCM+ I have a problem with the trimmed mesh. As shown in attached pictures, it occurs a horrible transition in the cells growth. It must be said that transition occurs only in that area. I'l try to be more clear. If i change the Base Size, the problem occurs in the same cell variation point (in my case, starting from the biggest cells, it is from the fourth to the fifth cells dimension). Using a volume control, it changes where the problem is but it still occurs . Changing the Volume growth rate doesn't help.
Any suggestion about how to solve? |
