Hi everyone~ I'm pretty new to Star-CCM+ so the following problems might be a little stupid but I do get stuck here for a long time. I'm trying to simulate a tank sloshing using VOF method, and what I did is referring to the tutorial "VOF: Tank Sloshing with Adaptive Meshing". The problem is:

(1) I managed to do the simulation just as the tutorial in 3D, but when I tried to model my own tank in 2D [Badge for 2D meshing & Automated mesh(2D)], the model "VOF waves" is gone so I can't define the free surface. I also can't find "Adaptive mesh" in optional models. Why it is not like the tutorial?

(2)I wish to define a pitch oscillation of the tank, say, with a pitching amplitude of 8 degrees and a period of 2s, but I don't know how.
