Server process ended unexpectedly (return code-1)

Hi,

I have been using STAR-CCM+12 at home through my university's VPN and it has been working fine, but today when i attempt to start a new simulation it presents me with this pop up message:

Design STAR-CCM+ simulation completed
Server process ended unexpectedly (return code -1)
mpirun: Cannot create the main socket: No error

And in the output box a message says:

Starting local server: starccm+ -server -cpubind -np 4 -rsh ssh
"C:\Program Files\CD-adapco\12.06.011\STAR-CCM+12.06.011\mpi\platform\9.1.4.4\windows\bin\mpi run.exe" -aff=automatic:bandwidth -np 4 "C:\Program Files\CD-adapco\12.06.011\STAR-CCM+12.06.011\star\bin\starccm+.exe" -xtmpdir C:\Users\phil_\AppData\Local\Temp\star-ec9839c8-61f5-4116-9476-68f1636e1ecf -cpubind -xmpiversion 9.1.4.4 -node
mpirun: Cannot create the main socket: No error

If anyone can help solve if this is a licence/VPN issueor something else.

The error is, it tried to launch the main task on your machine and couldn't.

If it couldn't find a license, it would print that message.
