SaeedHE is on a distinguished road
Dear all,
I appreciate it if someone helps me that can I couple Star ccm+ with Abaqus by considering DFBI.
I tried to use DFBI with heave motion and body initial velocity in my case but when I use it the imported field in star ccm+ (displacement) changes to unmanaged. And when I remove DFBI, it changes to managed in the imported field. So my question is may I use DFBI during coupling?
If I use DFBI I can define body vertical velocity and weight of my model and so on, but I don't know if it's impossible, how can I define body initial velocity and weight of my model (in star ccm+ or abaqus).
I really appreciate it if someone assists me.
Thank you in advance.

All the Best
Saeed
