New to StarCCM+ need help with split by patch surface

I wanted to know how to get a deleted surface, back. I went on split by patch to name my surfaces and I named a surface and then deleted, but that surface is gone, and I dont know how to get get it back. As you can see in the attached photo, my front face is missing.

Just delete this body from Parts and import it (or create from 3D-CAD) again.

I luckily had it saved prior to me deleting the surface, so i just closed it and open it back up, and the my front face was back. But i think thats a pretty bad design since you cannot undo the mistakes like you can with Solidworks Flow simulation. |
