I am trying to simulate Gerotor with overset mesh. Mesh is completed but when I initialize the solution following error is appearing.
"Found 2 Inactive Faces in Region "inner_rotor". This might be due to too fine or too coarse mesh. Please check cells with Overset Error Status: 3"

kindly help me out to resolve.

Hi Rohit,
Maybe it is not the answer, it just a question about overset mesh
How do you generate the mesh?. I would like to create the overset mesh of Gerotor but it seems it is difficult for me. I have the Gerotor model with the housing, inner rotor, and outer rotor. Please help me to explain the way you make the mesh? Thank you in advance.
