I have a 35 knot VOF simulation of a hydrofoil that keeps crashing when the last part of the "pre simulation wake" is about to hit the outlet boundary. Just before the wake picture is about to settle. I guess it has with reversed flow at the outlet to do. Any tricks to prevent this?
