Good Day everybody!
I have a problem of duplicate faces when I do CAD in StarCCM. I was trying to sew three sheet bodies together. After sewing it becomes a body and i checked the validity, the system show "All selected body are valid", however when i test meshing on that sewed-body, it gives error of duplicate face. Anyone had this problem and have a solution to resolve this? or Any suggestion? |

Can you post a picture of the geometry in the problem area?

That's a picture of the geometry, not the bad mesh. Go into surface repair and show the diagnostics and the problem areas please.
