sketch on revolved surface

Hi, I want to model a curved distribution plate in a channel to evaluate its effect on the flow distribution.

for the curved plate i revolved a 2D sketch in 3D. But I dont know how to draw the holes on the revolved surface,

Can anybody please help me in this regard.

A picture would really help here. Is this some kind of orifice plate? If you can make the body which using subtraction would yield a hole you desire, you can just pattern that body and subtract all the resulting bodies from the plate.
