Hi guys,

I am running a 2D jet impingement problem on a rotating cylinder on Star CCM+. I need to calculate the local Nusselt Number across the wall of the cylinder. Do you guys have any formula or know how to compute it with Star CCM+?

Thanks

Are you asking for an equation to calculate the local Nusselt number or how to implement it in Star-CCM?

There is a field function for Nusselt number that you can create a scalar scene with. Is this not sufficient for some reason?

I would hate to reinvent the wheel if we don't have to, but I am happy to help if necessary.
