hello everybody,
i have two questions for starccm+: i want to make a XY-plot and the X-axis is length of the streamline. Which function can i use? Can i show a determinate value on a scalar scense, not the rang value? Thanks for your help! |

I think that there is no direct functionality, but you can work around it pretty easily. If you have generated streamlines, these can be exported as STL which you can bring into CAD. From there you can extract coordinates then bring them back in as a table. Then simply setup a field function to integrate along the length to get your 's' values.
On the second question, I am not sure if I understand you completely. Are you trying to show a set of contour lines rather than a filled contour plot? If so, that is just a matter of changing your contour style in the plot settings. |

To have a single value on the scaler scene, you may change the range of variable you want to show and make the max and min equal to value you want to show. Also you should disable the clip option. |
