hello,
I am new to this forum, posting for the first time so, pardon me if any mistakes are there. I am currently simulating lagrangian method in a pipe, following the tutorials and further gave heat flux boundary condition at the wall. so how to ensure heat transfer is taking place between solid particles (I gave two way coupling model in the lagrangian multiphase) and the fluid. I tried the simulation with and without the aluminium solid particles (Dia=4e-5m)and the outlet temperature was same in both the cases. what are the particle size limitations in star CCM+ software upto what diameter we can trace the particles with convergence?? |
