Hi All
I am doing a computation for Difuser nozzle and I have a doubt regarding the multiphase simulation for it and I need to calculate the droplet size and velocity simulation. Could someone tell me how its possible to do in StarCCM+ |

Please define diffuser nozzle. I have worked on spray coating. We can not simulate atomization in CCM currently. So you have to extract this data from experiments. For this they use Doppler anemometers.

I think you can do for sure..have seen many examples using starccm+ Even they have different Lagrangian models.

Well .. you could use coalescence/breakup models like S-Gamma or A-MUSIG.
But be sure not to make the task overcomplicated. |
