Hi all,

I am trying to simulate a atmospheric flow. My volume domain is 1500m x 1500m and a height of 1000m. On one side I have a velocity inlet, and on the other end I want to have a pressure outlet conditions. I am using ideal gas model and segregated flow temperature.

I know how pressure varies with height and temperature. The problem is in this particular case star ccm+ use piezometric pressure as working pressure, but it calculates using a reference (constant) density. It means that the pressure calculation is wrong at the boundary and because of that I have a vortex on exit.

I can create a field function to correct the pressure with constant temperature. However I can't correct it when I use temperature stratification.

As anyone face this problem??

Thanks all
