Hi,
I'm having issues with a certain part of a front wing I am trying to mesh as seen in the pictures below. I cannot see anything wrong with them in CAD or in the geometry scene. Has anyone ever seen this before and know what could be wrong? I've tried changing the mesh sizes etc.... I'd appreciate any suggestions from anyone! The simulation does still run - but i'm sure this isn't helping my residuals! Thanks! Catia.jpg Surf Geom.jpg Capture.jpg Capture2.jpg |

Could be an issue in the underlaying CAD. You could try to switch off "CAD projection" in the mesh operation to test that.

You can clearly see a curvature issue in the CAD in your 2nd image. To me it looks like the bottom of the airfoil is intersecting the top. Make sure there aren't pierced faces on the airfoil in surface repair.
