Hi, guys.
Recently, I have to predict the particle concentration in ventilated room by using Eulerian multiphase model. There is three model in Eulerian multiphase model (Eulerian Multiphase Mixture, Multiphase Segregated Flow, and Volume of Fluid) and which one is the proper physics for simulate particle distrubution in ventilated room. In Eulerian Multiphase Mixture model, I can't find the particle option. There is just liguid and gas. So, is it right to choose the Multiphase Segregated Flow model to simulate the particle? Thank you. JH. |

Hi, JH.
I also have some questions about predicting the particle concentration in ventilated room by using eulerian model in fluent. Have you solved your problem? zhouyu |

You can use Eulerian Dispersed Multiphase.
Or - in your case i suppose it would be better to use Lagrangian Multiphase for particles. |
