Default why there are two point where the velocity didn't converge at velocity inlet

just as i said as title, when i was simulating multiphase flow in a 2D,euler seperate flow model, there were two point where the velocity changing all the time. i am a new using star-ccm+, who can tell me the reason, thank you very much
