hi,
I'm working on a numerical simulation of a vessel in flat wave with DFBI morphing motion. but in high speed the trim behavior go to oscillation and the vessel does not get the certain trim. which one of the meshes caused a shortage oscillation? or what parameter affect on reduce the trim oscillation? |

It might be a physical phenomenon instead of a numerical issue. Try looking for "porpoising".
Regards. |

You can try overset or DFBI of the whole domain?
Porpoising also a possible phenomenon as efe011 said.. |
