Please help me with how to create a triangular surface in Star CCM+, if the coordinates of the vertices of the triangle are known to me?

Just make a triangle from 3 points in 3D-CAD.

You will find the place to make the triangle by looking under geometry->3D CAD Models. Right click on 3D CAD Models and select create new. Then you can create a sketch with any shape you want.
