Default error of volume fraction on the ship bottom

Hi, everyone~

I used star ccm+ to simulate the flow around a ship. Howerver,the volume fraction of water on the bottom is wrong,and the volume fraction of water on the bottom should be 1. I cound not find out why. The problem disturbs a lot.
