Hello,

I am currently working on a of a free surface water Jet impinging on a falt plane. Therefore I used a velocity Profile (including turbulence specification) of a developed pipe flow. This pipe flow has a Re=119000. My Problem now is, that i let this pipe Exit intoo a huge cylinder with a Ratio of the Diameter of D=10*d. At the one end, where the pipe/cylinder is conected i have a slip wall, and on the other wall i have a no-slip wall, as the impinging plate. Now m Problem is that i dont know how to set the bc of the cylinders Skin surface . When i set it as "pressure Outlet" i get a huge amount of reversed flow, due to mass conversation, because the air gets dragged out of my voulme with the water Jet. With ths reversed flow i only get a bad convergence. Does anyone have an idea how to handle this Problem?
