Hi my friends
I have been trying to run a simulation case study of Droplet, with size 3.4 million elements using a Star-CCM+. I have 1 - 24 cores available. My problem is that, when I run the simulation file by 1Core, 4Core and 8Core (process option: parallel), I have gotten quite different results from just one simulation file. I don't know that are the truncation error or other problems lead to differences in results of using different core. Is there anyways in which I can improve the simulation results with using different core in parallel process? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance, Iman |
