Hi I'm new to CFD and encountered some difficulties to set boundary layer for my project.

I'm trying to do a simulation for a rotating body (blunt-tip-cone-shape) which contain liquid to be cooled down (by rotating it in ambient air temperature). As of now, I model the whole body as fluid body (inviscid and laminar).

I've tried to do convective boundary layer with h=500W/m2-K and couldn't get a similar result to what had been obtained by the previous engineer. So now I want to set the surface of this fluid body with ambient temperature 300K, while the rest of the liquid stays in 370K. Any suggestion on how to do this?

I've search for a lot of tutorial without result.
Thanks
