Hello,
I am currently on simulation of blood flow analysis through femoral artery and tissue. I have defined tissue as porous medium and i need to give the darcy and brinkmann equations to the porous medium. How can i give darcy equation ?? If i give darcy equations where do i need to define ?? Is it at porosity??? What are porous viscous resistance and intertial resistance??? I have gone through few online discussion about defining darcy equation for porous medium i did not understand where did they come across this equation in the starccm+. (alpha = 0.5 * a * density [kg/m^4] beta = viscocity * b [kg/m^3s] ) Thanks in advance Surigala. |

read the help and do the tutorials on this subject
then get the spread sheet from the steve support portal which will show you how to get the coefs from pressure versus velocity data |
