hey guyz i have encountered an error saying that the source is not closed and manifold while performing boolean subtract operation in star ccm+ . i tried to use surface repair but it is very complicated and time consuming. plz help some one, i have to submit my project, failing would result in destruction of my carrier perhaps.

You need to use the surface repair utility’s tools to determine why the surface is not valid. Check for free edges, non-manifold vertices, and non-manifold edges.
