Hey guys,
I've been working with Star-CCM+ for one month now and I've started a small project to test myself. I've generated a simply Body with a Inlet,Wall and Outlet Boundary. My idea was to simulate a multiphase flow of air and liquid and to analyse the heat exchange between the hot body and the cold multiphase flow. Now I face the problem that I can't assign a temperature to the boundaries. I think that the problem i up to my Physics model but I can't figure it out. Following Physics are set up: -Eulerian Multiphase -Gradients -k-epsilon Turbulence -Turbulent -Two-Layer All y+ Wall Treatment -Multiphase Equation of State -Multiphase Interaction -Multiphase Mixture -Realizable K-Epsilon Two-Layer -Reynolds- Averaged Navier-Stokes -Segregated Flow -Implicit unsteady -3D - Volume of Fluid Does somebody know what I have to change in my models? Thanks in advance for your answer. Regards. skapetan Last edited by skapetan; May 5, 2014 at 10:42. |

Make sure that energy equations are enabled on your phase models.
