How to post process transient data

I have run a URANS simulation for a physical time of 16 seconds and i have around 75 .trn files saved with me. how do i take results every 2 seconds? and how can i import all the .trn files at a time on to starccm+?
and also i need to make an animation of Q-Crriterion. Am using the 8.02 version Thanks in advance |

While, as siara817 mentions, there are ways to use tables for transient data analysis in STAR-CCM+, I find this to be somewhat challenging.
I prefer to output the data to .csv files and process it using another program (e.g., Matlab). This can be done by either:
