Hi,
I´m wondering if it is possible to simulate the heat transfer in a injection pipe with Star CCM+... The model already includes: - a pipe with a velocity inlet and a flow split outlet (passed by air) - a contiguous injector that injects droplets - The lagrangian multiphase model is used (injected droplets) - The droplets cause to a fluid-film on the wall of the pipe Now we intend to integrate the heat transfer in the shell. So my first question is, if our intention is practicable in Star CCM+? If so, how to realize it? We would like to explore the temperature gradation in the shell. Many thanks in advance! Br |

This seems like an application that STAR-CCM+ would be able to handle. The code has a variety of heat transfer capabilities.
