Simulation of hand operated lift pump

Hi all,
I want to simulate water flow in hand operated lift pump.Can anybody help me how to generate moving mesh in cylinder and how to approach to solve the problem. |

You can make a short cylinder and extrude one end with appropriate stretching. Then you can use morpher on the extruded region with floating method on the cylinder side and displacement or grid velocity on the piston end.
