As you might have noticed the site-wide search feature has not worked for the forums after we migrated to a new forum software. We have now fixed this and all messages should now also be searchable via the site-wide search.

As before the forum search also works, but in a slightly different way. Future will tell what works best.

Note that the site-wide search database is not updated very frequently due to the very large number of messages in the forums (> 200,000 messages). Hence, if you are searching for very recent messages (less than a month old) you should use the search in the forum software.
