Forum Software Upgraded to vBulletin 3.8.3 and vbBlog 2.0.2

We have upgraded the forum software. We are now running vBulletin 3.8.3 with vBulletin Blog 2.0.2. These versions are brand new. Please report any problems in the help forum.
