Privacy and Moderators in CFD-Online

Hi,

Can moderators or super moderators see the e-mails or names of an account holder even though these were not made public by the person?

Yes, we who run the site can see your email address and other personal information that you enter when you register. This is needed to send password-reset emails etc. This information is not available to any normal users though. You can read more in our privacy policy here:

Here is a direct quote from our privacy policy: "Your privacy is important to us and we will not use your Personal Information for marketing and we will never sell or give your Personal Information to anyone else, unless required by law."

Your email address is part of your personal information.
