How to get notification from posts

Hello everyone
How can I activate notification of certain posts? I mean if someone adds a new post to the thread I want get notifications about that.

The third option from the top in the "Thread Tools" drop-down menu above give you the option to "Subscribe to the Thread". Then you will get a message as soon as someone replies to that thread. In you profile you can change the if you want to get the subscription messages instantly, once every week etc.
