Hello and good morning.
In advanced please do not take this personal. I am an User of CFD for many years, and I learned a lot by just reading threats in this forum. I discovered that the quality in this forum droped rapidly over the last half year. Threats like: "How do I do an IC Simulation of an engine?" or "Please Help I want to simulate heat transfer! Urgent!" or even "What is yplus?" appear on a regular base. So is there a alternative to this forum with more sofiticated problems. And please do not get me wrong, I am not a CFD god who wants to brag about the useless threats. But I want to learn more about challenging cfd problems, and as i mentioned´, I learned a lot through reading threats with intersting topics. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advanced |

- if you are a long time user you should know how to post in the right section -
if I might agree that the forum is a little bit cluttered (don't know about the past years, i'm a noob here) are you sure that is the forum that have lost his edge, or it is you that, having gained, experience find small problems less trivial? also, coud we propose the use of moderators to keep things tidier and increase the signal to noise ratio? would you volunteer? |
