Mesh generation from surface model

What commands should I used to generate a mesh from surface model and connect the new mesh to the old mesh?

You can couple two meshes together using the cpcreate command (to create a couple)
cset news zone (select the mesh in the vicinity of the interface) cpcreate cset Is this what you are asking for? |

sorry for a confusing question. I want
1) to create a new mesh from a group of points. Please see http://www.whlam.com/d3.jpg 2) match the new mesh to existing mesh. |
