please add colout to Star-CCM+ GUI

The present grey-blue colour of the GUI is causing some people to feel bored. Can the GUI be added with more red or brighter colours?

How about getting some nice felt tip pens and coloring around the edge of the screen. Alternatively you could hold up some colored candy wrappers in front of your eyes.

don't, stupid idea. go watch Jonathan Ross on tv if you want colors. This is engineering not an Elton John concert

this is a stupid idea because you're gonna have a developer spending time and the money from the license you pay for looking at GUI color instead of fixing more important things related to geometry, numerics and and physics. If you want extra colors pay a higher license fee of your own pocket but don't expect other to contribute...

The STAR-CCM+ GUI is Java-based so it can be modified using NetBeans Look and Feels in the startup thread. I run on windows, but much prefer the Linux gui so I have added --laf javax.swing.plaf.metal.MetalLookAndFeel to the startup thread of the application.
